I'm Not an Easy Book to Read

This journal once used to be an open, public read of my life. My woes, my joys, my trials and tribulations...

And my trust has been broken a few too many times for me to ever be that naive again.

If you truly want to know something about me- there's a way. And it's not through anonymously sifting through my past- it's by finding out who I am NOW, and getting to know the Me that is the Present.

Otherwise- I no longer want all and sundry to have access to the things I used to love, and feel, and value.

But without a grounding in the events of the past, how can we understand the forces that shaped the person that you are today?

YOU... have already made the beginning steps of getting to know me personally, now, instead of trying to know all about me from my LJ posts before ever having spoken to me.
